Shipping:
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Items will be shipped via USPS through the least expensive route possible. If you would like to expedite (rush) your order or if you would prefer UPS, FedEx, etc, please call/email us when you purchase the item. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the difference in cost of shipping. You will receive an email once the item has been processed and becomes available for shipment or pick up.
Return Policy Memo:
We welcome exchanges within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO cash or credit card refunds. A 2-year store credit may be issued. The sales receipt MUST BE presented for returns or exchanges. The item must be in mint condition and in the original package. If it has been assembled (i.e.: crib, stroller, etc.) and repacked in its original box with instructions and tags intact, the return will be accepted. No returns or exchanges if tags, instructions, warranty card are not present. However, if there are any item(s) that are defective, you must claim the defect within 30 days of purchase. Defective and/or USED item(s) can ONLY be repaired or exchanged at KBSH discretion. Defective item(s) can be returned for store credit only if KBSH management deems it a defective item. After 30 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you must contact the manufacturer. For hygienic reasons, ALL SALES FINAL on breast pumps, prenatal cradle, nursing bras, and skincare items. Thank you! |
